I posed the question because my current work out regime goes like this:
- back
- Legs
- Chest
- Shoulders/Core
Not specific days as workout and day depends on when I play sports in the week. 4 days a week Monday to Friday. I go to the gym at lunch time then after work I will go for a run between 3 and 5 km's at least 3 of those 4 days a week.
