I haven't done much looking into the Hitron, but do I have to setup something on the Hitron for port forwarding as well, even though it's in IP Pass through mode?

Also, does anyone run the Cisco modem? Sounds like they'll only let you use that one if you want to do bridged as they won't bridge the Hitron?
I have the Hitron as well and had no issues. IP passthrough takes the second IP assigned to your account and uses that on the port you specify in the setup. Make sure the IP address is the correct one for the passthrough port and not the one that goes through the rest of your Hitron ports. Not sure about the rest.

If I remember right you cannot bridged on either the Cisco or the Hitron as these are disabled. IP passthrough is the best you can do for these.
