It's kind of a tough call for both sides. Ortio would not want a "show me" type deal because he has already done that (and that is assuming he even wants to be a Flame). The Flames are in a bind because it is unclear what Ortio has showed them.
I think that Treliving should at least try to do better than Ortio.
