If Tampa wants cap space, I think there are a bunch of guys that they will move before someone like Kucherov. Think they might move Bishop. Reckon they might buyout Matt Carle, that frees up some money. They also have the retained salary of Sam Gagner's contract to come off the books as well. They could have just enough to keep Stamkos at $9m-$10m and extend Kucherov at a big raise.
