If everyone had access and the ability to do this, they would. Just so happens only the rich can afford and have the need to. Doesn't make it illegal.

My issue is, these people dodging taxes in their country of residence, are pushing up the taxes for those that are paying them legit in those countries. When it's politicians involved, that set these tax rates, this is a serious breach of trust.
