Yeah of course you're right practically speaking, just by virtue of how often that happens. I'm just saying the general attitude is wrong, legally, and I'm not sure people even realize that they could technically get sued for that behaviour (even though they never actually will be simply because of the small dollars involved). People seem to think this is totally reasonable behaviour.
