No....Im saying it only about the Leafs.
When you burn it to the ground as they have it will take years to rebuild. They may gradually get good enough to get into the playoffs in 3 years or so, but to be a contender to win it all? 5 years....minimum and likely longer...yes.
I mean where are the defensemen coming from? There is Reilly and Gardiner....and?
A bigger question mark is who is the goaltender? Bernier? LOL!
Up front there is JVR, Kadri (and who knows how long he remains a Leaf) Komorov and Nylander.
I dont think you realize how far behind the curve the Leafs are and how deep the holes go.
