I will say on average the Sportsnet broadcast has improved. The most recent game in Arizona for example had the same quality as the Fox broadcast, however it didn't look great either.

Same goes for the TSN feed in Toronto. The Sportsnet broadcast looked identical (even a little brighter), but both were what I would consider blurry HD.
