Klimchuk has been playing catch-up with his development due to some injury issues. I think we see his game improve next season.
Poirier's issues appear to be more about timing, positioning and familiarity of linemates. All can be ironed out, and if the are, watch out. His game reminds me of a young and raw talented Patrick Marleau.
Janko, his skill in college was slick, sure lots of room to develop but he has the tools and the toolbox. I see him being an NHL'er. Likeness reminds me of a better skating, more skilled Joe Colborne.
Shinkaruk is ready. With a Flames camp under his belt, if he can transition to RW, he could be a stud. If he stays LW, I think he can play with either Bennett or Backlund.
Right now, I see Shinkaruk having the better career of the 4. But I think all 4 of them could be full time NHL'ers if their progression goes smooth.
