I mean, yes, clearly he's a good negotiator. He gets great value for his trades and contracts. However, I won't be satisfied until he transforms the roster into a perennial playoff team. I'm fairly confident he will get the team there, but it's hard to be overly enthusiastic with the current state of the team.
