In regards to the quality of HD, thats a tricky one. Smarter people than me can fill in the blanks, but isn't this more dependent on your own service provider, and then your own TV calibration? What I mean is, if rogers broadcasts the signal at 1080i, and then Bell (for example) rebroadcasts that at 720p to conserve space and then the home user has a box set to upscale the signal or their TV does it. Its hard for Rogers to look at individual complaints such as resolution I'd imagine. This may be a bit off topic and can be moved if deemed unrelated.
