For me it's Keith, mainly because I think the team would suffer most if he were removed. Toews and Keith have each other and some other great forwards to help carry the load. IMO There is no way Keith is not a top 5 D-man in the league. You might be able to make an argument to take one of the guys from the third tier ahead of him, but not two.
