Sky Sports is really good but not free Winsor - there are alot of dedicated cappers who put out highlight shows every week on the EPL and champions league if you don't mind torrents though I can't point anywhere specifically for you sorry. A website called Maxxed is the best site hands down to find some discussion on the topic - no copyrighted stuff allowed but I would highly recommend registering and reading, I think you will find alot of interest to you on the topic.
