From the designs I don't see how they could economically add a roof to that stadium. I believe an indoor stadium was originally talked about but cost prohibitive. Of all the cities in the league Regina is kind of the worst as far as outdoor conditions go because of the wind so I can see the benefit of an indoor stadium there but they will have no problems attracting fans (at least in the near future as they could always regress back to 9's interest when they were getting under 20k/game) regardless so why spend the extra money?
