Tampering is tough to prove. If he signs with the Canucks on Aug 15th how can the Flames prove there was tampering? Weisbroad is very familiar with the player and they have less organizational depth. I could see why Jankowski wouldn't want to sign here in favor of the easier road with an AGM that he knows well
