Went in with really low expectations and was entertained. Kinda sad that a decade old cartoon has more depth and character and humanity, but it was very nice to look at, and there's nothing wrong with enjoying some candy.

I liked Affleck's Batman and really liked his Bruce Wayne. Luthor, wow, terrible. Wonder Woman was cool, though not enough of her to see if she can carry the character for a movie, but am hopeful.

Was actually kind of disappointed in the music, felt like it had the subtlety of a club.

That's probably the biggest distraction of the movie, it'd probably work better despite the plot and writing if it just didn't try so very very hard. Didn't have to just suspend disbelief, but suspend amusement-at-tryhardness too. Takes itself way too seriously, and has the subtlety of being hit over the head with a bathroom sink.

5.5 or 6 out of 10, but the eye candy is worth seeing on the big screen with the big speakers.
