Way too early but i will say yes. I think the expansion draft and cap are going to force teams to be creative and potentially move pkayers they otherwise wouldn't have moved in the past. The Flames have assets and a GM thst so far has proven to be very good at making deals.
I assume we will be adding a top 6 forward and starting goalie. If we add a top 3 pick on top of that then I think the pieces are in place to make the playoffs next year.
My biggest concern is the cap and the dead weight contracts on the books
