I am not concerned about next year, personally. I think it is the last year of the transitional, rebuild period.

Wideman, Engelland, Smid, Raymond, and Bollig all come off the books after next season.

By then, we'll know which kids are stepping up and then we'll have some cap space to fill the remaining holes.

I think it's all about 2017/18 as the first year that the team looks to the 'now'
