You think people are that observant or caring these days ??
I was biking to work with a co worker and we noticed a guy collapse and start convulsing on the ground and 60 people around him paid him no mind when we noticed him. we stopped and realized he was having a seizure to help him 100's of people passed us not giving a #### at all. People are to self involved to give a #### t all about the world around them.
As for your hypothetical of let me just set this down and get set up 15 mins later .... It is not like multiple people could be used to set off a plan like this .
