I can honestly say that I'm not sure how this is going to go.

Logic tells me that Vader is going to strike down Ahsoka without mercy and without hesitation.

This is pre meeting his son and Anakin is still a seething monster who probably blames the whole Jedi Order for everything that happens and probably blames his former Apprentice for his fall.

I can see him taunting her and trying to turn her. "They betrayed you too Apprentice, what do you owe them"

Again by logic Ezra will be there to witness it and Kanaan will probably be too weak to save her, which leads to Vader being able to use the logic "The Dark side is stronger, its the only way that you can save your friends from monsters like me, come with me and I will complete your training and show you the true meaning of power"

So season 3 is going to be about Kanaan and the crew either fleeing Vader and his new Inquisitor or trying to redeem Ezra.

Logically by the end of this series, Ashoka, Kanaan and Ezra have to be either dead or have renounced the force and gone into hiding, the crew has to be scattered and demoralized.

But this is disney, so Vader might show up for his duel with his former apprentice with a box with holes in it filled with adorable puppies.
