My idea is for all three jerseys to be identical, with the alternate just being a black version of the away.
I would also love to see a side-by-side away, home, alternate mock up using this design:

I also think we should formalize this with some kind of vote to get a consensus and then spam Mr. King with the winning design until we get a response (any kind of response, good or bad).
