Yeah, it is a nice course and for me it is a great location because we live in Varsity. Unfortunately I'm unemployed right now so spending $5k on a golf membership is not the smartest thing to do. Hopefully next season though.

From what I have seen, they will apply $750 from the $5080 towards initiation if you want to become a member.
