At the least the guy should be able to still score at the AHL level. Darcy Tucker was a smallish guy I saw play a lot of Junior hockey. He played in a reasonably high scoring era, so his numbers exceed anything most guys can accomplish today. He eventually had to re-invent himself a bit to play in the NHL, but was able to do so and at times be a reasonably effective NHL player. As much as many a fan hated the Flames having a Scott Nichol on the roster...he stuck around the NHL for a better part of 10 years and played more than 600 games.
