Craig Button seems to underrate some defenders in his lists. He had Hanifin outside the top 10 last year and that kid looks like an absolute stud. I don't think we should read to much into how low a guy like Chychrun is. I'm sure there's teams that have him top 5.
Wouldn't surprise me if Tod Button likes Dubois as much as Craig appears to.
