Exactly what Hamilton was reffering to last night

Both goalies let in terrible first goals, both second goals were great tips, and the game winner was an excellent shot. Could a better goalie have stopped the third goal yes I do believe so but I also think Jonathan Bernier didn't have to make all that many great saves because the Flames' offense was so choppy.
Most of the shots Bernier faced were on his strong side (he did have one great save though, so did Hiller). To me the botched 5 on 3 was the story of the game. It amazes me how terrible this team is on 5 on 3, most teams can just pass the puck right into the net with a two man advantage, we don't even
expect them to score on a 5-on-3.
This game could have been won 2-1 with Ortio in net, or it could have been a 1-1 tie with Ortio and Reimer in net. The offense was bad.
