Doomsday is interesting as well in that it provides a decent jump point for the creation of the Justice League in their movie.
Doomsday traditionally will be killed and then will evolve to allow him to not be killed again.
So say that Wonder Woman, Superman, & Batman work together with their powers to defeat Doomsday it means he will evolve and come back with an ability to defend against their powers.
It then means that in the Justice League movie the team has to combine in order to use Flash, Aquaman, & Cyborg powers to help in the battle against Doomsday.
