The NDP has been in power for less than a year. The Conservatives were in power for the previous 43 years. They did set us up for this.
If the Conservatives were still in power, we'd still be in the same position. The corruption would just be the cherry on top!
I'll wait for the NDP to actually screw it up before I blame them for this mess. If they get the chance, I have no doubt they will. But right now, it is the price of oil, and it is the previous government's fault.

Yeah, but where have they shown any good leadership, or a plan to try to mitigate any problems.
Governing isn't about assigning responsibility it's about working with what you have and trying to produce the best outcome. A full year of "It's not our fault" isn't just bad governing, it's a complete lack of it.
They certainly can't fix all of our problems right now, but at least show some movement on fixing ANY problems. So far it's been a lot of complaining about the price of oil and the previous government, and a complete lack of a plan to move forward and address the issues at hand.
This is a great example of "It's not your fault, but it is your problem".
So thanks NDP, you've successfully spent the last year convincing us that it's not your fault....do you have anything else to say/do?
