Hi all,

I've recently decided to pursue some work opportunities in the US.

I had the option of going Corp to Corp at an hourly rate or hiring a management services company and going in as a W2.

I think the most beneficial thing for me would be going in as a W2 (if the fee structure is correct).

So far I've found MBO Partners

who would basically do what I want/need but for a 5% of all my billings rate, I was hoping for something in a lower range such as 3%.

Was wondering if anyone had any other companies they knew of for better/more competitive rates as I'm having trouble Googling for this type of service.
