Your options are N64 / Gamecube / Wii / Wii U. If you don't own any of those consoles, there are tons of Wii systems out there for cheap, and you can still purchase games on the Virtual Console. Ocarina of Time is $10.00 I believe, and you'd need either a Gamecube controller or Wii Classic Controller. I actually really like the Classic Controller and Classic Controller Pro, so I have no issues suggesting it to you.

If you wanted to play on the N64 for the authentic experience, I imagine the game cartridge still goes for quite a bit, so that could end up being a more costly option.

As for the PC, I don't know how many N64-like PC controllers are out there, so you're likely making some kind of compromise to play it on an emulator. You also get to deal with all the extra setup to get it going if you've never used an N64 emulator before. In my experience at least, it's not simply "open program -> go hog wild".

EDIT: Forgot to mention that on the Wii and Wii U Virtual Console are a TON of excellent games, so I imagine you'd get more than one game worth out of your purchase if you did end up going that route. I've never been much of an emulator guy myself so I definitely value the console experience more than most.
