Based on our present roster, I suspect we will protect the following:
Gaudreau
Monahan
Bennett
Backlund
Frolik
2016 UFA RW signing
One of Colborne/Ferland
Gio
Brodie
Hamilton
2016 UFA Goalie signing

This would see us exposing Ferland OR Colborne, Raymond, Stajan, Bouma, Jooris, Hathaway, Bollig, Agostino, Arnold, Shore, Van Brabant, Elson, Jokipakka, Engelland, Smid, Wideman, Nakladal, Wotherspoon, Seiloff, Grant, Kulak, Culkin, Poulin, Ortio.

The bolded names are essentially who we would face losing if the draft was held next summer...

Also, I suspect they will announce Las Vegas expansion draft for June 2017 and QC draft for June 2018...which will give us two years of stress!
