1 deck has 20 cards, 2 each from 1 to 10, new deck used after each 10 hands
(they are random, you could get two 8s or two 4 or whatever)
blinds start at 1-2, will increase by 1 every 10 hands.
if a player folds a 10 they must give their opponent an additional 10 chips
cards that are folded will not be shown
