I don't understand why some parts of this fanbase are so enamored with trading down. Most of the proposals are ho-hum. This franchise has a history of shooting itself in the foot with trading down in the 1st, so why so eager to repeat that mistake?
If we're going to be the first team to trade the 1st overall in 13 years it better be an overpayment. Not some Klimchuk 2.0 and a 2nd.
