I think the way things have been going recently, the "tier" ranking has to be changed. Matthews is still the clear cut #1 but I'm starting to put Chychrun and Dubois in the same category as the Finns. To me, having a pick at 5 is just about as good as having 2,3 or 4. All of those guys could probably step into the NHL next year and fit in and contribute. The next tier of guys is Tkachuk/Nylander/Sergachev/Julolevi and then there's a bit of a drop off from there. I had high hopes for Gauthier but he hasn't really done much, he still might turn out to be a steal but he's borderline top 10.
