Depends what is wrong with the wheel. Does it just need to be tried up or is there something wrong with the hub?

I would guess a basic tune up would run you $120 or so at a shop, I would assume that parts would be extra - so it could easily run you $200 to get this thing running.

You could buy a decent new mtn bike for $550 or so.
