The team is considerably worse than the sum of the parts.
Either the Flames fans and management have vastly overrated the talent of the players..... disproved by Russell doing so well in Dallas, or the coaching staff is not getting the team to play to their potential or a combination of the two.
How can this roster be so bad? There are a whole pile of players who would be impact players (or at least core players) on other teams.....
