Ideally hard to argue Murray is farther ahead than Hamilton at this point. Murray has 46 career points and Dougie has 114. Hamilton has played 100 more games, and has played bigger roles in his career. Dougie has played in a SCF while Murray has never played in the playoffs. If 25-30 games playing with Jones on a bottom feeder is going to Trump a 31pt second pairing season for Dougie (also on a bottom feeder) I don't get the rational. Maybe Chia wanted to get 2LHD and 2RHD off the start? I agree with the Rielly, Elblad, and even the Jones selections but do not see how Murrray could make the team?
