This maybe a blessing in disguise. Let Bennett heal up but also work on his leg strength. I feel he's shown everything he needs to this season.
His major weakness is leg strength as he's always falling down. If he misses the remainder of the season but now has 6 months to hit the gym hard and get on a proper diet ( hard to maintain body weight throuout a season for young guys) then we could see a healthy more beastly Bennett than ever before!
