Well then why did you type "you're" insane right after you typed "fat is healthy?"? I guess you meant "that other person who actually said that thing" is insane. What I said isn't really even close to fat is healthy. The person who did say is wrong, but is skirting around a very valid point. I get what she's saying and I agree.
Anyway, I'm not going to link anything for you, but just go read some things about obesity and best treatments. The good facts here suggest obesity isn't as unhealthy as you think and treating obesity is best accomplished outside an md's office.
