His underlying numbers are probably better, but I am not sure he is a number 1. He hasn't played 40 games in a year, and didn't seem able to cement himself as a legit starter in TO.

Maybe if Ramo had not gotten injured and had finished the season on the roll he was on, but he's now going to be coming off a long lay off and a major injury. I would hate to put my eggs in that basket.
