Simply do the changeover when the new telephone directories are issued (may take some synchronization due to different publishing schedules) and the overall cost would be kept to a minimum for Telus. Also, there would be fewer costs for business and industry due to the higher concentration of them in Calgary as opposed to the rest of the southern part of the province.
