They're not negotiating at the NEB, they're doing environmental assessments in a board style setting.
You're argument, and excuse me for being rude is not the same, its stupid and an example of vapid headed deflection.
What the provincial government is doing is completely different its a union contract negotiation.
With the NEB we're basically talking about a bunch of guys talking to other guys and making a report and deciding if the pipeline complies with laid out standards.
You're argument has zero merit its not the same thing, the Kinder Morgan thing is not even close to a conflict of interest compared to what the Alberta Government is doing.
