The Nash is super hip right now, and Michael Noble is arguably the best chef in town at the moment. The food is fantastic, particularly if you like wood fired Rotisserie. The restaurant + bar could probably handle 150 patrons too. It's a little expensive.

Charbar would be a very cool & unique venue, and you could tie in some nice wedding photos within the surrounding river area. The food is pretty good too, although they overcooked the majority of their proteins at the venue I was at, which was very odd considering it should be what they are known for. I'd imagine its also cheapear than the Nash.
