By having different people you're having a change in content without actually having a change in content. Ultimately all those people are talking about the same thing, everyday, for full broadcasts. If all you heard was one person, it gets boring quickly.

One person shows are seen in talk radios. Last time I checked, talk radio wasn't popular.
