I think there are a couple of things at play in this decision. Courts/Jurors don't like:

This story is crazy. I hope me or my wife is a victim in the same way one day, that would be great. I would love a cool $55m if all I had to do was have a video of my nakedness on the internet without my consent. In a year no one will remember or care, but that money would last for generations.
