I remember watching a documentary on athletes and PED, and they talked to one pro footballer who had been caught and he bought up that excuse that I didn't willingly know. Then he basically said at an elite level all of these athletes know everything that's going into their bodies and usually its checked and crossed checked by their doctors or nutritionists and trainers etc.
In other words, he stated in 99% of the caught athletes that use that excuse its bs.
To me, Tinordi knew, but pr wise its the only thing that he can say.
And he's not sorry because he used, he's sorry because he got caught.
