I suppose that would likely be the case for most people. It kind of blows me away how little logic people will apply to troubleshooting a technological problem. It's not voodoo magic, right?

Try different configurations to isolate the problem. Once you know where the problem is, type it into Google and see what the thousands of other people with the same issue did to fix it. If you can't fix it yourself, call tech support.
