Again, that's fine. I was pointing out she was talking a drug knowingly to enhance performance that was on the monitored list. All athletes have access to the banned list, so there's zero sympathy there. It was added in September to take effect in January.
I get there's more grey than black and white, but it's not like she didn't know the protein drink she used had a banned substance. She (along with at least 1/5th of Russian athletes) are taking a medication (not a supplement) that enhances performance but was not yet on a banned list. While not illegal, it was very unethical and I'm not sure why anyone would have sympathy for her situation.
