Pretty sure they have a Finnish scout that is probably scouting Laine and Puljujarvi on the regular (Ari Hanpaa?). Don't think there's a Swiss scout so people have to go out of their way to scout him. Laine has played with the Finnish men's team as well, an additional scouting opportunity that Matthews wasn't in on.
