If they brought it up to 20 again, you'd rarely see teams lose their rights to players drafted out of the US. Less injuries to players that are rushed (Nugent-Hopkins). I like the idea actually.

Edit: not to mention the RFA years would change. Could help a lot of teams, makes sense.
