It depends. I think the competition would be these 3 teams. Everyone else has a starter. Raanta likely looking for playing time.
Carolina - Lack hasn't been great but still would take away starts from Raanta.
Arizona - Smith signed long-term, can the low budget Coyotes offer something competitive.
Toronto - Their re-build has shown two things, they will spend money to acquire assets but have no desire to win yet. Plus Bernier is still around.
I think if the Flames came in with an offer of 2 year 2-3 mill, they should get him.
